This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling related to court bookings, coaching sessions, clinics, and purchases made at The Hunter House – Dink & Smash Zone.

By booking or purchasing services, players and guests agree to the policy below.

1. Court Booking Refunds

Court booking fees are generally non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

Cancellation made at least 4 hours before the scheduled booking time
Facility closure due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances

Eligible cancellations may be:

Rescheduled, or
Credited for future use

2. Coaching Sessions & Clinics

For coaching sessions or clinics:

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled session.
Eligible cancellations may receive:
- Rescheduling, or
- Credit for a future session

If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session, the session may be charged in full.

3. Late Cancellations

Late cancellations affect court availability and coaching schedules.

The following may apply:

Full charge of the session or court fee
Loss of the reserved time slot

4. No-Show Policy

If a player fails to arrive for a scheduled booking or session:

The reservation will be charged in full
No refund or credit will be issued

Coaches and courts are reserved specifically for confirmed bookings.

5. In-House Mart Purchases

Items purchased from the in-house store are:

Non-refundable, except if the item is defective or damaged at the time of purchase

For defective items:

Exchanges may be requested within 3 days of purchase
The original receipt may be required

6. Event or Clinic Cancellation by Facility

If an event, clinic, or booking is cancelled by The Hunter House – Dink & Smash Zone, participants may receive:

Full refund, or
Rescheduling or credit for a future booking

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

8. Policy Enforcement

The Hunter House – Dink & Smash Zone reserves the right to enforce this policy to ensure fairness to all players, coaches, and guests.
