This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling related to court bookings, coaching sessions, clinics, and purchases made at The Hunter House – Dink & Smash Zone.

By booking or purchasing services, players and guests agree to the policy below.

1. Refund Policy

All bookings are strictly non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the cancellation is due to reasons attributable to management (e.g., facility issues, unforeseen closures, or scheduling conflicts initiated by The Hunter House). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

2. Late Cancellations

Late cancellations affect court availability and coaching schedules.

The following may apply:

  • Full charge of the session or court fee

  • Loss of the reserved time slot

3. No-Show Policy

If a player fails to arrive for a scheduled booking or session:

  • The reservation will be charged in full

  • No refund or credit will be issued

Coaches and courts are reserved specifically for confirmed bookings.

4. In-House Mart Purchases

Items purchased from the in-house store are:

  • Non-refundable, except if the item is defective or damaged at the time of purchase

For defective items:

  • Exchanges may be requested within 3 days of purchase

  • The original receipt may be required

5. Event or Clinic Cancellation by Facility

If an event, clinic, or booking is cancelled by The Hunter House – Dink & Smash Zone, participants may receive:

  • Full refund, or

  • Rescheduling or credit for a future booking

6. Policy Enforcement

The Hunter House – Dink & Smash Zone reserves the right to enforce this policy to ensure fairness to all players, coaches, and guests.
