Terms & Conditions

The Hunter House – Dink & Smash Zone

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our facility, courts, coaching services, and amenities. By entering or using the facility, all players and guests agree to comply with the policies outlined below.

1. General Facility Use

  • Only registered players or paying guests are allowed on the courts.

  • Proper sports attire and non-marking shoes are required.

  • Children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult.

  • Personal belongings must be stored safely. The facility is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

2. Court Booking & Rentals

  • Court reservations may be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • Players should arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the booking time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • Courts must be used within the scheduled time slot to ensure fair access for all players.

3. Coaching & Training

  • Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.

  • Players must follow all instructions provided by the coach for safety and skill development.

  • Private coaching is available upon request and subject to coach availability and applicable fees.

  • Refunds or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice.

  • Any schedule changes must be coordinated with management and are subject to court availability.

4. Player Conduct

  • All players and guests are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior.

  • Treat players, coaches, and staff with respect.

  • Aggressive, unsafe, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • Only water is allowed on the courts.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

5. Safety & Equipment

  • Players are encouraged to warm up before playing to prevent injuries.

  • Any unsafe conditions or damaged equipment must be reported immediately.

  • Only approved paddles and balls should be used.

  • Players should follow proper game etiquette, including fair line calls and rotation.

6. In-House Mart & Amenities

  • All purchases must be paid at the time of transaction.

  • Items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Guests are expected to keep shared areas clean and organized.

7. Photography & Media​​

  • Photos or videos may be taken inside the facility and may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform the staff.

8. Liability

  • All players and guests use the facility at their own risk.

  • The management is not responsible for injuries sustained while using the facility.

  • By participating in any activity at the facility, players agree to follow all policies.

Court & Clinic Booking Policies

To ensure smooth scheduling and maintain the professionalism of our coaches, all players must follow these booking policies.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A session is considered confirmed once scheduled with a coach or management.

  • Pre-payment may be required, unless the player is endorsed by a coach.

2. Cancellation Notice

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Failure to provide notice will result in full payment of the clinic or court fee.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Players who do not arrive for their scheduled session will be charged the full session fee.

  • Coaches reserve time specifically for confirmed bookings, which limits availability for others.

4. Court Reservation

  • Courts are reserved exclusively for confirmed bookings.

  • No-shows and late cancellations prevent other players from using the court.

5. Coach’s Professional Fee

  • Coaching rates reflect the coach’s expertise, preparation, and reserved time.

  • Discounts are at the coach’s sole discretion and must be requested respectfully.

6. Respect for Time

  • Players are expected to respect their own time and the coach’s time.

  • Timeliness ensures sessions run efficiently for everyone.

7. Professional Conduct

  • Disrespect toward coaches, staff, or facility policies will not be tolerated.

  • All players must maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Rights of Management

The Hunter House – Dink & Smash Zone reserves the right to:

Enforce all court and clinic policies at any time.

Refuse service to individuals displaying disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.

Charge full fees for late cancellations or no-shows in accordance with policy.

Adjust or decline bookings if policies are not followed.

Maintain and uphold the professional standards of the facility.
