Our facility is designed to create a welcoming and energetic environment for players of all ages and skill levels. Gather your friends, family, or teammates and enjoy a space that encourages healthy competition, teamwork, and connection through sports. Booking a court is quick and easy, allowing you to focus on what matters most—playing, improving, and having a great time. Cancellation Policy
The Hunter House – Dink & Smash Zone Facility Policies ⸻ 1️⃣ General Facility Use • Only registered players or paying guests on courts. • Proper sports attire & non-marking shoes required. • Children under 12 must be supervised. • Personal items stored safely; we are not responsible for lost/stolen items. ⸻ 2️⃣ Court Booking & Rentals • Book in advance via phone, online, or in-person. • Arrive 10 min before your slot. • Cancellations: at least 4 hours prior; late cancellations may incur a fee. • Respect your scheduled time; courts are shared fairly. ⸻ 3️⃣ Coaching & Training • Schedule sessions in advance. • Follow coach instructions for safety & improvement. • Private coaching available upon booking. Fees are • Refunds: 24+ hours cancellation notice required. Please contact the management as soon as there is any request for change of schedule. All changes are subject to court availability. ⸻ 4️⃣ Player Conduct • Respect others—players, coaches, and staff. • No aggressive, unsafe, or abusive behavior. • Only water allowed on courts. • Smoking at designated zones only. Illegal substances are prohibited. ⸻ 5️⃣ Safety & Equipment • Warm-up to prevent injuries. • Report unsafe conditions or broken equipment immediately. • Use approved paddles & balls. • Follow game etiquette (calling lines, rotating fairly). ⸻ 6️⃣ In-House Mart & Amenities • Pay at the time of purchase. • Non-refundable unless defective. • Keep areas clean and organized. ⸻ 7️⃣ Photography & Media • Photos/videos may be used for marketing. • Inform staff if you do not wish to appear. ⸻ 8️⃣ Liability • Use facilities at your own risk. • We are not responsible for injuries sustained on premises. • Players agree to policies by participating. ⸻ Friendly Reminder “At The Hunter House – Dink & Smash Zone, we aim to create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all players.
